Where in Hiram is Asa Osgood buried?  He died there in 1833.  Are any of his three wives buried near Asa? I suspect his grave may be on property he once owned rather than in any of Hiram's formally organized cemeteries.  I have reviewed their records (as listed by MOCA) and find nothing about Asa.  Asa was a Revolutionary War soldier and Andover (MA) Minuteman whose company responded to Paul Revere's alarm.
His third wife, Hannah Powers Osgood died in December of 1853 in Windham, Cumberland County, Maine in the home of her son-in-law and daughter, John Rogers, Jr., and Abiah F. Osgood Rogers.  Yet there is no record in any of the Windham cemeteries that Hannah was buried in Windham. Please respond to: Muriel K. Jackson at

Greetings,
My name is Troy Lare and I am doing family research on my mother's side. My mother was Katherine Cram, her parents were Basil and Eleanor Cram and Basil's parents were Joseph and Lillian Cram. They are buried at the Mt. Pleasant cemetary on the hill by the historical society (I went to school in that building until 4th grade). I cannot find much information about Joseph's parents. His father was Baniel B and his mother was Bertha? I do not know her maiden name. I cannot get any further back than that and I need help.
Thank you Troy Lare Bangor Maine email:

I'm looking for any information/pictures,etc. regarding the Gould-Stanley reunions for descendents of William Stanley and Bartholomew Gould of South Hiram. The reunions were held from 1916 -1946 in various towns including South Hiram. Some of the other local names included Flye, Clay, Strout, Lombard, Fox, and more. I am also interested in getting in touch with any of these descendents.
